Meet daryl

As a pastor, educator and community leader, Daryl Randle Davis, II., has dedicated himself to improving the lives of others in his community. Pastor Davis has a heart for service and a vested interest in the aspirations and outcomes of others. He believes in self-sacrifice in order to meet the needs of the community and vows to work tirelessly to serve the students of Crowley ISD.

Daryl is:

Father of Taylor Simone and Gavin Alexander Davis.
Product of Fort Worth ISD, graduate of the High School for Finance and Communications @ Polytechnic
M.Ed (Master of Education) in Educational Leadership from Northcentral University
Serves as the Executive Pastor of Inspiring Temple of Praise Church since 2015
Former Headmaster of ITOP Christian Academy, an emerging Christian school (led the school through two accreditation processes)
First Black Chair of the Board of Directors of the Presbyterian Night Shelter of Fort Worth and True Worth Place
Chief Financial Officer of Integrity Community Development Corporation
Formerly served on the Board of Managers for the William M. McDonald YMCA as the Recruitment Chair

Smart on school safety

If we expect our students to use their brains, we as adults must use ours. We need to be smart about how we deal with the safety of our students, whether we are dealing with COVID or a school crisis.

We must ensure that students, parents & teachers are aware of resources and services to students to reach their peak academic performance. And we want to ensure that they are prepared to face the challenges of their generation.

Looking out for the best interests of our students, also means being focused on the interests of our teachers and staff. Our teachers and staff should also have the resources, tools and support they need to ensure the success of our students.
